Refund policy

7-Day Returns Policy:

We offer a full refund for any unwanted items purchased through Anemone Interiors website, items must be returned undamaged and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs. You have 7 days to decide to return the item and get in touch, we aim to process returns within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved. You may not receive a refund if the item is not received back in its original condition. Anemone Interiors is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Our courier can also collect if required. Please get in contact with your postcode for a return quote by emailing soho@anemoneinteriors.co.uk

Trade Returns:

A discretionary 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted by Anemone from trade clients that are outside the standard 7-day returns period.
