These colours. A beautiful large oil painting of hills in Provence by artist Rene Mels. A well known Belgium artist. One of his artworks recently sold at Auction for over £3000.
This 1950s watercolour has swooshes of pinks, blues, greens on a peachy background. But what got me was the use of a neon yellow.
Reframed in a natural 2cm oak frame and a 5cm raw linen mount.
